We have been bringing our alterations and dry cleaning to Janet for years and years. She has always done a great job, very professional, friendly and capable. We are about to drop off another dress for hemming.

Went to this place for many years because of the convenience. However, the woman who is the owner seemed to get more and more surly as time passed. Eventually, when I brought some items in for repair and asked to speak with her about what was needed, she got up on her hind legs, told me she didn't have time and insisted I speak to some one else (it's not like it was too busy or anything - no one else was in the shop at the time). When I asked why, after doing business with her for so many years, she couldn't give me two minutes of time, she only got angry and gave some lame excuse.When a local business owner is such a prima donna that she can't see her way clear to speak with a long-time customer who is right in front of her, she doesn't deserve to be in business.I now go to a different local cleaner - a little further to drive, but no attitude!!
