The subway on colony street is awful!! The drive up window doesn't work and it hasn't for at least 6 months! So, you have to go to the second window and place your order. About 20 minutes later, you finally get what you ordered and they barely put anything on your sandwich. This place needs to get their act together. I'm curious as to how and why it's still in business.

tues. 10-04-10 ordered coffee extra,extra light with sugar and a bacon and egg sandwich on english muffin. the coffe was almost black, couldn't drink it and the sandwich wasn't much better. service was also very slow. i reurned the coffee on my lunch break and didn't even get an apoligy. m. shingler wallingford, ct. 06492
