A few months ago I went in looking to buy a used pickup truck & met Bill. He asked me a few things about how I planned to use it and some of my goals. I told Bill I had a young child & was looking to purchase a home. He convinced me a small affordable SUV would fit my current needs & goals better. I purchased a 2010 RAV4 with a very low payment which gave me a safe, reliable 4WD vehicle & allowed me to save money since he listened to my budget goals. I love this vehicle!!! What really impressed me was that they had a newer RAV4 selling for 5K more that I liked, but Bill reminded me I had a wife & young child I wanted to buy a home for so now was not the time to spend more than I needed on a vehicle. I’ve never had a dealer really listen like that. Last week my parents told me they needed a new car. I brought them to smart buy. They were treated well & put into a small suv with 4WD. My mother loves it. They are good people who make the car buying experience a good one even if your not rich.
