We are a full service company which has built itself a reputation on customer satisfaction. Our services are often referred to customers by other pool service companies, builders, and health departments. Blue Wave Pool Service and Supplies has been awarded SERVICE COMPANY AWARD OF EXCELLENCE, bronze award 2006, silver Award 2007, bronze award 2008, and GOLD Award 2009 by the North East Spa & Pool Association. The judging was based on the company's performance, response time, service department, employees and if the customer would recommend the company to a friend or neighbor. Fully licensed and registered by the state of Connecticut, a requirement for swimming pool maintenance and repair work since 1999.
