The poorest customer service I have ever seen. They were scheduled more that a week in advance to pump my septic. On the day of the appointment the driver called me to get directions to my house twice. I would have expected him to know where he was going. Once the driver arrived at my house he called me to ask about a water hose. He wanted to know if I had one. No I did not since this was new construction because my house had burned down. I told him he could go to the hardware store and buy one if he needed one. You would think that if that is part of the equipment needed that they would carry a water hose with them. Then the main office called to ask if I had a water hose that the driver could use and I told her no. She then said that they would have to reschedule. Imagine that! All over a water hose. Would not recommend to anyone.
