Founded in 1910, the Camp Fire USA Walla Walla Council, formerly known as Camp Fire Girls, is a co-educational organization that provides enrichment programs for boys and girls. It operates more than 100 councils in the United States and serves nearly 650,000 youths annually. The organization administers after-school camps for students in kindergarten through grade five. The Camp Fire USA Walla Walla Council also provides classes related to cooking, nutrition, music and drama. It organizes a variety of activities such as, art projects, fitness fun, guest presentations, outdoor recreation and holiday celebrations. The organization additionally organizes activities that include swimming, bowling, field and library trips. The Camp Fire USA Walla Walla Council is located in Walla Walla, Wash.
