DO NOT take your car here!!! My husband took my 2017 Escape to get its first oil change at 5,000 miles and I have not been able to drive it for 6 week due to they put the wrong filter on and all the oil leaked out damaging my turbo engine. It had to be towed to the dealership and repaired now finally after 6 weeks it is repaired and they are refusing to pay for the repairs and the loss of uses of my brand new car which I have been making payments on and not able to use. The owners response was "she would contact their lawyer". This has been quite the horrible experience that seems to not to be ending anytime soon.
