my first visit to Walkersville Eyecare was beyond my expectations. Tim, the optician was excellent explaining all the facets of my through eye exam and explaining the test results. Then, Dr. Smith, who was my optometrist was outstanding! When I learned that she had moved from Frederick to Walkersville, there was never any question about following her there. As always, she was a consummate professional explaining what was happening to my eyes and what needed to be done to maintain them in top condition. I know a great clinician when I see them after having practiced medicine in the Navy for 4 decades. She will always be my Optomitrist!

Excellent care from Dr. Allgaier and Dr. Sclar. The staff at this office is extremely helpful and pleasant. I can't see to pick out my frames so the staff always helps me. I have asked them to be honest with me with how the frames look and they are very honest when it comes to picking out frames. If it does not look good they will let you know in a very nice way. I value the honest opinion. If you are looking for a wonderful group of doctors and staff please contact them. You will be glad you did.
