Ive never used A and D for a specific plumbing job, however my grandmother, my twins, and myself rent a house they own. Yes, when we moved in there were things they were still working on, grandma moved in August 1st, the kids and I got here around October. Only 2 things have been worked on and one is my clothes rod in my closet that still doesnt have a middle support so I cant even hang up all my clothes. We have plumbing issues that highly need to be addressed yet no one has done anything. And Im talking the facet and handle of the tub arent even sealed so the drywall has been getting wet for months now. The bathroom upstairs has a shower stall that hasnt been assembled and its been almost 6 months. By the way, I was told the shower would be finished within the first week of August so... ridonkulous!! My point is, if they cant do anything about the houses they own why would I hire them for an outside job?
