The new ownership is making a huge difference. Very friendly atmosphere, quality products, and a very clean facility. I have bought 1/4 and 1/2 beefs from other processing plants and none of them have the same quality products. I will not have another beef processed any where else, and would highly recommend visiting their retail store or call them for custom processing.

Great customer service, smiles were a plenty lol. Our beef was load and ready to go in no time. Packaging on our beef was also great. I would highly recommend.

Purchased fresh meat and frozen both were excellent. Packaging was excellent. Service was great. Pleasant works.

Had a side of beef and a pig processed there many of the beef packages were just labeled "Colby cheese". When I called to ask why they just said we must have made a mistake. Thank fully everything is shrink wrapped so I can at least look at it and try to guess what it was. Then I got my pork back. Asked for lard. They just shrink wrapped the fat and gave it back to me??? I used there seasoned sausage in lasagna and my son asked me if I put any sausage in it - I had used a whole pound. Then I defrosted liver and had to cut fat off of it. Lastly the ham was tuff to cut but okay to chew...sliced incorrectly? I would say go there at your own risk. Really liked the fact it was shrink wrapped!
