I would be much more likely to use your pharmacy if it was open business hours 6 days per week. I find that your lunch closures and Sat. afternoon 2:00 pm often does not service my needs. I have heard several people ask the question, why are you not open at lunch? The answer I have heard was "we are required to give our people time off for lunch! Not a good answer. It should be "we will hire a permanent part time to meet the needs of our customers 9 till 5 or 6 o'clock at least 6 days per week. I understand that my cost might rise, but, I would be much happier with that service schedule. I made 3 extra trips to town last week which would have been avoided with a continuous service during the day. As you may know, I am not the only customer with this concern...........I should add that the service your staff offers during the current service hours is outstanding.
