one star only because i could not give no stars. these people claimed i was not home to accept a delivery. i was home the whole day - they are damned lazy liars. the very next package did not arrive so i checked on it it was being held at the facility because "The receiver requested this package to be held for pickup at the UPS facility." I made no such request & they could not tell me who made it. firing a few of these people might help.

they are as bad as the waldorf post office that claims to have delivered things to the home on sundays ... but you weren't home or the La Plata post office that loses packages until you hound them into looking for them. Chuch county labor ...

The UPS in Waldorf MD on Pika Drive! is the worst of worst. Dont waste your time calling customers service, they will make you even more mad. The center gets my packet and change delivery date to 6-7 days later or other times says attempted delivery, which is not true, as we have a door cam. I would recommend to use USPS or FEDEX.

UPS is the WORST! well the center in Waldorf on Pika Drive! I will never do business with any service that uses UPS. I also will cancel all my job UPS accounts due to this service center. The supervisors are not helpful they are the Horrible! I guess thats why they wear the color they wear

UPS servers has been very poor these past couple months more in the past week. I had problems a few years ago when they delivered my package next door or else where. But now two days I been waiting for my package. I really dont care how busy they are as it will be much busier later. Now no excuses. My package should been deliver Tuesday the 5th now its after 4:30 the 6th and no package. It should of been delivered this morning if yesterday was busy. I will be taking this higher and reporting to the news in how UPS been in this Waldorf area. I waited long enough for my order to be mailed and now delivery. This is so wrong. Prior times a time frame and they were late.

Horrible facility! They delivered my package to an entirely different address...no where near my neighborhood. I have NEVER had problems with UPS until relocating to an area serviced by this unit. Disgusted, pissed, and completely dissatisfied!!

I am right around the corner from this location and will have to wait until the END OF THE DAY TO GET MY PACKAGES! THERE ARE TIMES, I DON'T GET THEM AT ALL!!!! THIS LOCATION ShUCKS!!!! WHY NOT DELIVER TO CUSTOMERS IN THE AREA FIRST, ESPECIALLY SMALL BUSINESSES THAT AWAIT PKGS DURING BUSINESS HOURS?!! I chose 1 star because there is no way to chose 1/2 of a star!

This office has an attitude, doesn't care about their customers and their drivers lie. I had a package that was suppose to be delivered and the driver said I refused it but he never came to my house and the center refused to try and deliver it again. They shipped it back to the shipper and now I am out what I ordered. They said they would get my money pack for the item. Sorry I want my shipping cost too and they said nope we had to pick and deliver and then reship. Not my fault you have lazy drivers.
