I have been to this shop in the past and they have done a good job for me. But, the last time I was there, they did not install my tire pressure monitor sensors on my new wheels and tires. I did not find out until half way through the job. They gave me several conflicting stories as to why they couldn't reinstall the sensors, plus charged me for an incompatible part. I had to go to another shop and have all four tires unmounted, the TPMS sensors installed, then remounted and balanced. Come to find out the part (TPMS repair valve) could be purchased at Autozone for $1.99. The part could have been purchased at Mr. Tire, directly across the parking lot, as well, had I known what to ask for. Lastly, According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), it is a violation of the TREAD Act to disable the TPMS system, which includes vehicles with aftermarket or custom rims. These guys really ripped me off, plus made my vehicle less safe to operate.

The prices are the same as other local tire shops. I bought four tires to be put on my new rims, for a little more than $200 on 3/30/13. I came home and a few hours later, I noticed the tire was low. It was a slow leak, so I called and the owner told me to bring it back on Monday, because Sunday was Easter. I took it back and the staff told me that the owner said no to a replacement/repair. He said the leak was on the side wall and I could have hit something....WHAT? Not my new rims, and I came straight home without hitting anything AND the invoice says 15 days repair/replace....was less than 15 hours and they will not honor ANYTHING. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY dealing with this place, it is not worth it. When you try to keep business going for people, they stick you. NEVER AGAIN!!

I have a VW Bug with 18" low performance tire and one split on the side. Took a chance and pulled into this business. I could not have been more pleased with the service, speed, and price for the tire they replaced. Very honest and straight forward, and a blessing to me. I highly encourage anyone that needs used tires to drive straight to this business, you will not be disappointed. Thank to kind Hispanic Technician that assisted me. I bought 4 tires at a great price. One developed a problem and was exchanged with no hassel at all. I was impressed with the ease of a return. The employees there were could not have been nicer to help a woman pick out tires and get them mounted in no time at all. Very pleasant experience. I will be going back in the future.
