I have visited Marquee Auto Wash on several ocassions over the past 2 years. And for the most part, the wash and interior cleaning is excellent. However, I continue to have a problem with them drying the exterior properly. For $25 I should not have to always pull out my own towel and clean up dried up water spots. And also, for the life of me, I don't understand why they will not raise the trunk or liftgate and dry out the creases. They need to pay more attention to what they're doing and stop all the goofing around on the conveyor belt.

I continue to give my business to Marquee, the value is good. However, I noticed that since they first opened they don't seem to take the time to details as they did when the business was new.

For the most part Marquee does a good job of cleaning your car, a little expensive at $25.00 average, there is an issue with damage to your vehicle. They knocked the cover that protects the electronics for my wipers and rain sensors and left the piece on the floor and never bothered to say anything about it. Do not think I will be going back there plus when you try to call no one ever answers the telephone after 10 rings you finally get message that says no one can speak to you now and to call back.

I've visited this business several times since they opened and I have always been satisfied with the service that I've received. My vehicles absolutely sparkle!

I loved this place. I had never gotten such a good car wash. Not only did they do the best job ever, their waiting area was perfect for me and my children to wait and watch a movie on their flat screen. I recommend this place to everyone I know and they always thank me for telling them about this place. Never any complaints.

I just purchased their 'E' Package which is wash outside and full detail on the inside. This is $102.00 base and $10.00 additional since I had an SUV. The job on the inside was great. The outside was another matter. There were scratches on the hood and liftgate of the SUV. The was a paint scrap out of the drives door. There were water spots on the drivers door after it had been inside the faculty for over 90 minutes. While I was there two other customers had problems with the service. I will not be using this company again.

I recently had the $24.00 dollar wash and after bringing my car out to me, i noticed a large scratch area on the trunk of the car. I brought the manager out to look at the scratches and he said the scratches were already there. No scratches were on the car before i got there, because i had just came from having an estimate done for window tinting.

My car was washed at Marquee Car Wash but removing the soap film is optional. There was soap residue left on my car and when reportedto the attendent, he made no effort to remove the soap prior to hand drying my car.Where is the cusomer service at Marquee Car Wash. Give them your money and you may get your car cleaned, but rinse is optional.

All day Saturday it snowed. On Sunday evening, I went to Marquee Car Wash. Afterwards I went home. Monday morning as Im backing the car out the garage noticed scratches on the rear window. Returned to the car wash and the young man, presumably the son says the scratches were already there, then says the scratches were caused by my ice scraper.The scratches on my 08 car were caused by Marquee Car Wash. Only go to Marquee Car Wash if you've got an itch, they can scratch.

Great deal if you want to pay someone to steal your valuables. On my sixth visit they cleaned out my IPod, my radar detector, my phone charger and my spare change. I paid them $25 just so that they could erase the evidence. On the bright side my car was real clean and smelled extra nice. I regret that I must give them one star.

I agree with the other comment. I am always pleased with the service but I wanted to know what their hours of operation are so I drove past there last night and there are no signs on the door. I'm here online now looking for their website or phone number and ran accross this response. It's 2009 and technology is a wonderful thing.

I have used your facility once and was very impressed. However, I now have an issue with the fact that I cannot reach the business via telephone. Their phone is could be out of order. If not, and they don't have any way of answering it, then they need to have a phone system that gives general information to the caller such as facility hours, services offered, pricing and location, etc. I couldn't even get that information on the internet. To have such a great service to offer people, they need to get up to speed with technology for the business part of their operation.
