If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the Walmart of Dentists. Beware of overpricing & NO PATIENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They regularly overcharge and will not correct it unless you catch them. They don't care about their patients. My daughter had a toothache and was in pain and they would not see her unless we paid first. The dentists there were confrontational and threatening regarding this issue and did not care about my daughter's pain. Come to find out, we did not owe anything after all. Our Balance was $0. No apology. My family and I immediately left the practice. STEER CLEAR OF NEIBAUER!!!

I should've read the reviews before I attempted to get close to this place. Their ad looked reasonable: $59 for cleaning and general check up. So, I went. Then, they started working on me. In the middle of the procedure, the lady stopped; then, somebody else came in to tell me that to do the 'better' option, I'll have to agree to pay what isn't covered by my insurance. Something over $500! I just went for it because I was already in the middle of the whole thing! And, they proposed another procedure that will cost upwards of $1000! Wow! I'm not going back!

They are very polite, but the record keeping is terrible. The dentist I saw completed paperwork for my military command saying that I was fine and all is well, but then handed me a treatment plan with $2000 worth of root canal and crown work that she said I should get taken care of right away. They have lost my paperwork twice. They told me I have an appointment scheduled when I didn't have one scheduled at all. They are all very nice, but I just don't feel comfortable with the idea of getting any work done. I just don't trust them to be thorough or to make it a tolerable experience.

Wish I would have read the reviews first ! Worst place I've ever been, paid 129$ for them to tell me they couldn't help me than after seeing me in severe pain they let me leave with a prescription for ibrophren 800 mg because their dentist only prescribes that! What a complete selfish doctor

Avoid at all costs!!!!

I went there a year ago with a root canal in horrible pain and was treated by Dr. Park. She didn't bother to prescribe me an antibiotic. I had to go back there and beg to see some other dentist to give me a strong antibiotic and some painkillers.

It took 10 weeks for my tooth to settle and for crown to be done. It was definitely overpriced!!!

Now is the best part!!! A year later I wake up in the middle of the night in excruciating pain, the same tooth.

Go back there to find out that I have a massive infection from one of the roots not being cleaned properly. They refer me to a specialist, who again is extremely overpriced and now I am looking at additional $750 after already paying for treatment and crown around $800 last year!!!!!!!

I ended up finding much cheaper endodontist and never went to Neibauer again!

Overpriced, Overpriced and clueless!!!!

Went there to have my children to recieve fillings and at first received an estimate for the amount that it would be out of my pocket, only to discover that the price went up the day of the fillings and then received a bill stating we owed more money b/c the insurance only covered so much of what they charged... NEVER EVER have we received a bill that high for 3 fillings.. We will NEVER go there again, and will tell everyone about they way the do business... I am sorry we ever left our other dentist...
