Too bad they don't have negative star ratings. These people deserve to go out of business. Agree with first evaluation. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. They loaded our household goods from storage in a rain storm and allowed furniture, carpets, boxes and mattresses to be completely soaked. They dropped our 6 month old washing machine off their truck. They showed up at 3 PM (versus the scheduled 8 AM delivery time) and were completely indifferent in performing their jobs. US Military servicemen and women deserve far better than this.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The stored our NEW furniture while we were overseas. ALL of our furniture showed up in ratty crates and was broken, scratched or water damage beyond belief. Many of our other items were lost. One of the guys sat in the garage an smoked cigarettes the entire time the others were unloading the crates. Another one of the guys had a parole ankle bracelet and had to leave early to check in with his parole officer. To make matters worse the unpackers did not have ANY knives or tools to do their job which caused further damage to the furniture as they had to use their hands to pull away the paper and packing tape.This company has a few employees and no one returns calls, they send out fake adjusters to delay your claim, tell you they lost the adjusters information after months, then ultimately denies the entire claim after many months of avoiding you. When you ask to speak with the owner they tell you that he is never in the office.The military finally paid claim
