      As the only Mixed Martial Arts facilty in Southern Rhode Island, Omoplata Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy offers private and group training in: -Mixed Martial Arts -Brazilian Jiu Jitsu -Kickboxing -Wrestling With expert staff and classes every day of the week, we have programs and training times to meet your fitness, self-defense, and competitive goals. Omoplata also offers a wide variety of seminars, competitions, and free events. Not only to we hold monthly tournaments, but we have had seminars with numerous Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belts, kickboxing experts, and even famed UFC fighter Joe Lauzon.
