Unfortunately, nothing could be further from the truth; those adjusters sent by your insurance company are there to ensure that the insurance company’s best interests are met. They are not there to represent you. Unlike insurance adjusters, public adjusters are bound by the law to protect you, the property owner, so that not only are your best interests being met, but also so that you may receive the appropriate compensation for your claim.
