I had a 10:30am appt. on Sat. 2/7/15 and I was 15 minutes late. I told the man that I knew I was late & asked if they could still do a mani/pedi. He kept harping on the fact that I was 15 min. late. There was no one else in the store. I asked twice if they were going to take me. They finally seated me. I wish I had left because I was given horrible service. The lady had a horrible attitude; not friendly at all. The pedicure was terrible & the manicure wasn't much better. She messed up one of my nails & tried to fix it by piling extra coats of polish on it. I finally told her to take it off and start over. I could tell that this irritated her. She started to be nicer as she was finishing up. I give a tip if I get good service but not this time. I will never go back!!
