Washing Machine would not spin! Great Appliance (Steve) was exceptionally professional, knowlegeable, thorough, responsvie and honest. A practically impossible combination to find these days. He will provide a evaluation and them allow you to decide (or help you decide) the best coarse of action. I strongly recommend him and his work. My problem was fixed in a timely fashion.
