I am very surprised with the negative review because I have been taking my son in to that same Gamestop for almost 5 years and we have never had any trouble with themtaking back or exchanging items. I am sorry you had a bad experience, good luck in the future.

I bought a ps3 refurbished from them last Christmas and exchanged it out with them three times. On the fourth time, I had purchased MW3 from them and the game shattered inside the console only one week while playing it. The game had been playing for 30 minutes, so it was not cracked when it was put in the machine. This, the fourth time, they said they did not have any record of my purchase and could not honor the warranty on the ps3. They also did not believe that the game cracked on its own and refused to honor the warranty on the game. Therefore I am out 300 for the game console and 114 for the game. They are not a fair company to do business with.
