Whenever I buy appliances I do my price comparisons. Every appliance I have purchased is bought from here because they have quality appliances with all the brand names for the best price.

My previous review and low score had to do with the gas installer leaving me without a pilot light in a gas stove that I cannot reignite. However, I do love the appliances I bought and the other service people used by Quality Appliance were professional and very good. I give high marks to the appliances and the other technicians.

I bought ALL new kitchen appliances one of which required a gas line be installed. The person Quality uses almost forgot tot reignite the pilot light in my furnace and here it is five days later, and I discovered that the gas line installer did not bother checking my quadra-fire gas appliance which thanks to him, does not have an ignited pilot light. It is Memorial Day and I cannot contact anybody. I have tried unsuccessfully to reignite it. I will call Quality tomorrow and tell them but knowing them, I will get charged to have the installer return to finish something he should have done. He was in a hurry that day and he had his son with him. I don't know if I would return to this store because of this. It is gas after all. Gas installer stinks.

I went for a dryer belt, but also looked at replacing the dryer. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They made me feel I was important.

I would never recommend Quality Appliance. The owner has no idea which end is up. Very unprofessional. We bought our appliance from them a few years back, but will never do business with them again. Their service end of things is so bad. I would go elsewhere!
