Just bought a 2013 kia sportage suv from sales person crystal...she was excellent and the price was reasonable... go check her out at the Waipahu location...

I traded my car 21 days ago and I'm still getting calls from the bank that my trade was never paid off!!! I first contacted the dealership about this problem 2 weeks ago and they said they would take care of it. GUESS WHAT!!? They didn't! What are they broke are something. I have called and called and even went down there and sat in the finance office to make sure this was settled. I don't know what happened but its still not settled and if it reaches 30 days its going to affect my credit. DO NOT BUY OR TRADE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!!!

Unless they Fix their Service Dept. First and most of all I would'nt Buy a KIA there. The Dept must remember >>>>>>> Aloha<<<<<<<kia

I bought a Kia Sportage, not only did they charge me for the back up sensor but they did not install it. I had to make an appointment with them. Why? I dont know! Then I had to wait 3 months for them to send me the registration but I have to call them and bug them about it. And the customer service was the worse. They act like they want to fight with you when you ask them a question!
