Lost a very Important package of mine and are not doing anything about it to recover my package or refund my money so I can pruchase a replacement Item that was needed on its delivery date. Very depressed and unhappy with the outcome so far. Here is a little insight---- , I have been trying to work with the post office located in my home town of Wahpeton, North Dakota. An important package that was scheduled to be delivered to me on June 9th never made it to my house. There was a track and confirm number on this package to ensure that the package arrived to my house, and the time stamp on this package had a huge time discrepancy that makes it obvious that the package was either delivered to the wrong house or it was stolen. The track and confirm number for my package . The time stamp claiming that it was delivered to my residence was 8:55AM which is not true because my wife was home to get the mail at 9:30. Very Umprofessional.
