does not follow up, return calls or keep scheduled appointments, has a bad attitude toward customer when discussing work . did not do what he said he would do, very disappointed.

Adams Landscaping was hired by Nationwide Insurance Co. to handle damages to my property and I see why. Wow! "IMPECCABLE" Scott Adams has eyes as an eagle when it comes to detail & perfection. I was so impressed that I hired them to do more. This company has fine machinery to do the job quickly and efficiently. Estimates were far more than fair for these standards. Semptember 5, 2011 Scott Adams, with Adams Landscaping, installed 120' of french drains in my front yard to resolve a standing water problem. I paid this contractor in advance which was my error. While Scott was installing the french drain system, we spoke about leveling the front yard, back filling a new concrete driveway and I paid him an additional amount in advance as he said he would combine the two jobs.It is now mid October 15th and Scott Adams with Adams Landscaping has not returned to bury the drain system and/or grade the yard to backfill the driveway. For six weeks I have looked at piles of dirt all over my front yard. I telephoned Scott Adams a couple of times per week during these six weeks, he is quick to tell me how very busy he is and ofcourse how the rain keeps him from returning, but he "always: assures me that he will return to my front yard project first thing today or tomorrow.
