Knute Nelson was founded in 1948 and is a non-profit, Christian-based aging services provider. We serve communities across central Minnesota with a full continuum of services, including home health care and hospice. Knute Nelsonâ??s home-based services empower individuals in the Wadena area and beyond to thrive wherever they call home through services like skilled nursing, physical, occupational, and speech therapy, personal care and companionship, smart home technology, end of life support and comfort, and more.
