Note: The Therapy & Sports Performance location is the 2nd location in Waconia offering expanded services. Physician clinic and walk-in Orthopedic Urgent Care will remain in its current location in Waconia inside the Ridgeview Professional Building at 560 S. Maple St., Suite 200.
