Established in 1922, the Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society is a Christian social ministry organization for senior citizens. Based in Waconia, Minn., it provides community services in more than 230 locations around the country. It offers nursing home care, including hospice care, subacute care; senior living and assisted living, skilled nursing with rehabilitation, long-term care and home care. It provides home and community based services including, adult daycare, telehealth, respite care, community outpatient therapy services and various wellness programs.
