I thought that maybe it was personal but when I started checking with some other people who had (tried) to use Trilliji Group to sell a house I found out that we all had several things in common. The agents do not return phone calls; they do not do what they say they will do; they forget appointments; they will not give any feedback or follow up after showings; worst of all, if you take issue and ask them what the deal is , they act as if they are too good to have to explain anything. No customer service skills at all! They had a rental property of mine for three weeks and the manager never found time to get it listed or even go see it. I placed it with a other agency and the group went the next day to see the property and put a sign in the yard. It was rented in FOUR DAYS. Trilliji Group is made up of wanna be big shots who don't know how tog get it done.

After signing a lease with them they turn into the rudest bunch, I wish I had never signed with them. The receptionists are very helpful but that's about it. Don't expect them to help you with anything outside of spending your money.

I loved leasing from K&S Properties. From the first contact, Renee was professional and very helpful. The rental market in Waco is brutal; so many properties rent per bedroom because of the student population. This makes some properties unaffordable. Renee helped me negotiate a lease at a beautiful, spacious fourplex. Maintenance requests were promptly taken care of by staff I did not fear opening my door to. My daughter was comfortable and secure, even when I travelled. I was sad to leave Waco because I loved my home! I have found nothing comparable in Fort Worth, nor have I been treated as well as I was by K&S. I recommend this company without reservation. Good luck!
