This business audiologist does not deserve even one star. All of her ads about being a people person and help .. when my mother's oldest sister passed away we took her hearing aid to see if it could be adjusted for my younger aunt and we were prepared to pay for the adjustment . Ms. People Person refused to help an elderly woman who didnt have the means to get a new one hearing aid. Nice going Ms. MARTIN. She passed away 3 years later hard of hearing to hear us send love. With that much property loss and there was no money to finance the brand new hearing aid instead of making an adjustment. She is a MONEY person. Not people.

They told my mother and aunt she could not make adjustment but suggested the hearing aid be left for donation.
