John Mabry is licensed by the State Bar of Texas and Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, a distinction held by less than 2%of all Texas attorneys. John has been Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell as having a “very high rating in both legal ability and ethical standards.” He was twice named a “Rising Star” by TexasMonthly in its Texas Super Lawyers edition, and has been recognized as a “Champion of Justice” by Texas Watch. John is admitted to practice in all Texas state courts and the United States District Court, Western District of Texas. He is a member of the Waco-McLennan County Bar Association and is a past director of the Waco-McLennan County Young Lawyers Association. Before John formed the Mabry Lewis Law Firm, L.L.P., he was a partner at Dunnam & Dunnam, L.L.P, one of Waco’s oldest and most respected law firms. John joined the Dunnam firm in 1998 and became a partner in 2006. He began his law career in 1995.
