Lacy Autos should introduce a course at Harvard business school on the science of customer service. Graduates would have a MCS degree from the Lacy Autos school of business at Harvard. They are that good. I will for sure be back!

From the time I walked in the door I felt very comfortable and when I met Justin Blancett, the General Manager, all my fears about buying a car by myself went away. Justin has a very calming effect and his ability to answer all of my questions with complete authority was truly outstanding. He took his time in showing me the car that I desired. I then had a chance to road test the car. He was very patient in answering all my inquiries which made me very comfortable.
