I went in to order my daughter some glasses tuesday afternoon around 4:30pm. They proceed to tell me that they will not be completed until the next afternoon. After explaining I live 40 miles away and did not want to drive back, they agreed to mail them. When I called wednesday about 2pm, they said they would be completed after 5:30pm that day. I called again thursday about 1pm, they said they messed up on a lens and would be completed after 2:30pm that day. On saturday, I called and said the glasses were just shipped on friday and I would not receive them until monday. I stated my daughter needed glasses for school on monday. They agreed to loan me a pair until I received the ones I ordered. When I went to pick them up, the lenses were 3 times thicker than the frames and I refused to accept them. They stated they could put thinner lenses in, but would take another 45 minutes. I declined and demanded a refund. After sitting there for a good 15 minutes, the manager came and spoke with me, finally agreed to give me a refund once they received the glasses. Now it is monday, and the glasses were still shipped to me. Now i have to ship them back and wait 2 weeks to have my refund mailed or drive 40 miles just to get my money back. I received horrible service and do not recommend them to anyone!!! By the way, did I mention that it cost almost $200 for two pair of glasses for my 5 year old?!?!
