CareNet Pregnancy Center supports, educates, and empowers women facing unplanned pregnancies to make an informed choice. If you think you may be pregnant or you are considering abortion, we can help. We provide no-cost and confidential pregnancy services for women in Central Texas and surrounding areas - and a robust support community for pregnancy through 36 months of parenting. Medical services are provided by licensed medical personnel and include the following.
