My dog had an allergic reaction late at night and all vets on our town refer you to Rochester. This is 1 hour away for me. My dog was in bad shape. I called this clinic as a last resort and the Vet called me back and handled the situation immediately offering to come in to care for my dog... who she had never seen before. I am deeply appreciative that there are still vets out there that will take emergency calls and not send you through a triage person who can't help at all. I am changing vets tomorrow.
