Over many years Kurt Neumann of Frame It has done a variety of projects for me, not just wonderfully framing art work. He has made framed mirrors, framed bulletin boards, a 6 foot high 4 panel screen mirrored on front, fabric upholstered on back....made hard cover photo albums, CDs from old slides....I recommend his work, his imagination. He will rise to your challenges!

We have dealt with Frame It Waban Gallery for over 30 years and the quality of work has always been excellent. Highly recommended.

Great customer service and it's clear that Kurt Neumann, the owner, has had a lifetime of experience with framing. Even when I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted when I came in, I was more than satisfied with the final results. There's also some great artwork in the store from artists within the local community, and I'm one of many regular customers who come in all the time. There's a lot to keep coming back for!

Love this place! As a local artist I have been coming to Frame It for all of my printing and framing since I discovered it 3 years ago when I moved to Boston. Not only are their prices fair, but the work they do is phenomenal, with attention to detail and a big emphasis on customer service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and able to accomodate requests that are beyond the scope of a typical print or frame shop so it's worth the trip if you aren't in Waban. There's a huge variety of services that they offer, including a digital printing center, custom framing, specialized and novelty items, and ready-made frames, but they also feature local Boston artists and sell lots of fun, creative gift items... so glad to hear they are launching a new online store!
The owner worked with me to choose the matting and frame for a cross stitch project I had made for my new cousin. He had great ideas and I could not have been happier with the final project. This is a great neighborhood business.
