General Info

I have enjoyed my many years of working with people, connecting to them as they share their concerns. Therapy provides a safe place to explore the things in life that are not working, areas where you feel stuck. Together we work on these and find new ways to cope. I work with a wide variety of issues - depression, anxiety, grief, eating disorders, trauma as well as relationship and work issues. I enjoy helping people with parenting concerns as well as working with men, who benefit from a place to learn about and get in touch with their emotional world.
