I went to Staffordshire for 6 years. The dental services was excellent. I stopped going there because Staffordshire ceased taking my dental discount plan. The in house plan would have cost me more money overall. The office is far for me. Went there before because this office was closest dental plan provider. I've since found a dentist in town who takes my plan. The Staffordshire in house plan gives 20% off all services for $100 yearly last I heard. Many third party discount deals give up to 40%. What type plan is best depends on what needs doing. State of the art office. Fees a bit high. Customer service could use polishing including notices sent to patients regarding payments. In house financing deal available.

Stay away. Office staff are riduculous. If you disagree with them they threaten to call the police are you for arguing. No customer service skills whatsoever. Prices for services are 30% to 40% higher than other dentists. Was left in chair waiting for my dentist on several occaisions for over a half an hour. Safe your money and the headache of these people who think they are better than everyone else. In reality this practice is mediocre at best.

If you MUST visit the Dentist for cleanings.... or worse things, like fillings, root canals, etc..This IS THE PLACE! Great location, lots of parking, nice offices & the best things are they take 'emergencies' & have Saturday hours. The Staff of Dentists and Dental Hygenists are the BEST!! They are all kind, courteous, helpful and will try to relieve your aches, pains and stress. Their pricing is reasonable and they are experienced at handling many kinds of dental insurance plans.
