I'm extremely disappointed! My first few experiences were great, but during my LAST couple of visits I was treated poorly after dissatisfaction with the service. This place is rather expensive so I expected them to be more understanding and take their time to do the job correctly. But they were rather rude and didn't seem to have the time to care about my concerns. My service was overall poorly done, even after speaking with the manager herself, so I WILL NOT be coming back, nor would I recommend to ANYONE who wants their pet to look presentable.

I've been taking my dogs here for about 2 years. In the beginning I was very happy with all aspects of the salon. Within the last year I've had my concerns. The three stylists I liked have all left. It seems like every appointment I'm given someone new. I used to drop off my dog and pick him up in 3 hours or less. Now it's 5.5 hours the last two times :( My dog is very stressed when I get him back. My last drop-off I was asked if my dog pee'd out front. The receptionist obviously saw my small dog pee. I said yes, it was a marking pee. ( I walk him before grooming appt.s but sometimes he quick lefts his leg) I said I'd clean it up, but the receptionist continued to go off on me. I almost left the shop. I felt I had apologized and offered to clean-up, she could have taken it down a notch. I saw an inside sign that stated if your dog pees on it you bought it, pertaining to their dog items for sale. It's a dog store people, don't put sweaters 8" off the floor. I miss the old store.

I decided to treat my baby to beauty day so I called for an appointment I was schedule right away that was a plus . I was please with the professionalism . This was my dogs first professional grooming experience since I'm a hairstylist I would cut and style my dog. I was so pleased my Pinky looked adorable I would definitely return.

I recently moved from PA to NJ and needed to find a great groomer and one that I could explaain my dog's special needs. My dog has a severe fear of the groomer after she was abused by the first one she ever went to, that groomer hit her and was fired from her job. So finding a new one and having to explain her situation I thought would be extremely hard. I called Millie and not only did she call me back promptly but she talked to me for 45 minutes about my dog and what I needed for her. She got me in quick and accomodated my both of my dogs without hesitation. She gave my two girls her two best girls Eileen and Robin, and they were great! I am not an easy A when it comes to my dogs and what they have been through, these ladies are compassionate and extremely genuine.I am grateful and would highly recommend them to anyone. I cannot thank them enough, we have found a great new groomer and new friends. Thanks so much ladies.
