i.eThe owner and staff (family) members are very rude and sarcastic. The store is family owned and operated. I am a disabled person who orders frequently, and have been a customer for some time. I ordered 2 pizzas, received one folded over on top of itself in the box. I called the store and was sent a replacement that was dry, burnt and black on the bottom and around the edges. I called the store again, not asking for a replacement since dinner was over, and the owner was very rude and argued that the pizza couldn't be burnt. I took the pizza to the store for the owner to see, and he argued that that's how they cook them. I told him I order regularly and had never received a burnt pizza before, and even the other one of the two pizzas I originally ordered was not dry and burnt like the one I was showing him. He looked up my order history while I was leaving and then came out to my car to apologize and offered me 2 free pizzas to retain my business. Against my husbands advice,

I love Gianni's. The food is incredible and the prices are reasonable. Love it!!!
