This firm came as a recommendation but only as the person who recommended this firm didn't know of any other. This was a basically a third person recommendation: a friend of a friend of a friend... I made an appointment to meet at Gephart's office but a couple of days prior, his office calls me and states that something came up and would I mind if he rescheduled. I'm an easy-going guy and know unforseen stuff does happen so I said that would be okay. Another appointment was scheduled. We reviewed my business and what accounting services I needed. I left my records but made certain I obtained a receipt. The work I needed should only have taken 2 weeks at most. Four weeks passed, I called and was told my work was complete and to come and pick up my records. This work was billed at well over $200.00 more than the original price. I refused to pay the extra cost as that was not what I was quoted. The work was poorly done and overpriced. I rate Gephart's accounting abilities at minus 10.
