Absolutely awful experience. I got a no chip and it was peeling the same night and quality was terrible. Felt very rushed and had to go and get an entire new manicure somewhere else because the job done was so bad. Will never go back.

Daughter & I received gift certificates. Called to make appt were very rudely told by owner that it just gets too busy at 4pm. Called back to see if 3:00 would be better. Woman who answered asked owner if that would work - his response was a grumpy "yeah I guess ok". I think a more appropriate response would have been - I'm really sorry, we are booked at that time, but we do have availability at this time. Severely lacking customer service skills! After making the appt, decided I did not want to keep the appt based upon his "attitude" - just because I had a gift certificate why would I want to I want to give him my business? The owner wanted to know why we were cancelling our appt & became even ruder denying he said those things & "it wasn't fair to him"! You got $60 from my friend who bought the gift certificates so you are ahead of the game & she is out. BUT word of mouth goes a long way so they will be out a lot more in the long run! My business goes to those owners who care!

amazing nail salon i have been going there ever since it opened and i come here at least once a month. there services are beautifully done i highly recommend this salon to anyone who has great taste in nails
