Established in 2007, URC West, Inc. has grown to occupy offices in San Diego, San Jose and Washington state with projects underway in CA, OR, and WA. We pride ourselves in our ability to drive value and manage high-volume projects with quality product which has allowed URC West, Inc. to be one of the largest multi-family renovation contractors in the industry. URC West, Inc. also offers property due diligence services to include budget and scope development, asset preservation, risk assessment inspections, and design.
