very nice company , I save a lot of money , I have 4 coders and all working very good with out problems ,the technical service is very nice and they helps me with all the questions I have, step by step I will buy an other one to keep my spare, and I would recommend it to all companies using this type of coding to save money

What a joke, I want to walk in with a company check, and walk out with ink. Sounds easy. Nope they will hold the check until it clears than ship the ink. They have no credit what so ever. Why did I ever go with them.

Horrible customer service. Ordered 5 ink cartridge refills and was shipped 10. Wanted to return 5 of them and they said they dont take returns. I explained the shipment was in error and they didnt care..... that was just their policy. Figured it was just one crazy employee.... but nope, its just the way they operate. Have left several messages to try and speak to someone else but nobody calls back. Stay away from these guys !
