Excellent! Aldiva 'Ali' Rubalcava, (Clovis office) was very professional and she guided me throughout the whole process! I could tell she was taking her time in explaining everything to me, and I really like that. She ensured I understood everything. That made me feel very comfortable. Oh and did I mention she's Portuguese!? ..knows English and Spanish as well! Also, she's easygoing, knowledgeable, friendly and an understandable person.
