Founded in 1994, Medical Billing Technologies Inc. serves school districts, county offices of education, community colleges, public health departments and community-based organizations. It offers programs, such as LEA Medi-Cal Direct Billing Option, Medi-Cal Administrative Activities (MAA), Family PACT and Denti-Cal. The company provides more than 125 California school districts and similar entities utilize federal funding to provide health insurance and health services to California children. Medical Billing Technologies Inc. also contributes funds to benefit professional organizations, including the Health Services Association of California Community Colleges, California Association of School Business Officials, Association of California School Administrators and California School Nurses Organization, among others.
