      paid for tile work to be done in oct 2014 and it is yet to be finished ,contractor failed to seal tile when installing grout . workers walk thru house with dirty and wet boots without putting any covers on floor. lowes demanded up front payment but I have been there several times to complain.They seemed to really not care about customer services and put all blame on contractor hmm their contractor
