The Grace Homes is a nonprofit agency dedicated to residential care, education and rehabilitation of troubled adolescent girls, from 12 to 18 years of age. Its goals are to encourage the development of self-sufficient young women, capable mothers and healthy loved children. Grace works to prevent battered babies, school dropouts, repeated pregnancies and dependency on welfare and juvenile court systems. Its professional staff includes program managers, social workers, chemical dependency counselors, child development specialists and child care workers. Grace Homes is licensed by the state of California Department of Social Services as a community care facility/group home. The company was established in 1987.
