No stars, these people are rude & harassing. I know it isn't there problem that I am being treated for cancer & other health issues. But the fact that they expect to record me and not allow me the same freedom to record them bc I have memory issues is bogus! No compassion at all when I try to explain the situation. Really no stars but it doesn't allow for that

Horrible company, I have demonstrated in writing that the debt they are trying to collect is completely in error, yet they persist !!!! I guess my next move will be to report them to Consumer Affairs !!!
