Had dinner here twice when visiting family in Visalia. Both dinners were very good. We are accustomed to good Chinese in SF, and thought the steamed fish here was as good as any we've had, the shrimp with walnuts was very good, and the beef was very good though I don't remember exactly what it was. Pork ribs (fried) were my favorite. Everything we have tried was really good, and service was friendly and quick. Highly recommended.
